Movement in Between
This project is an interactive installation piece. Basically, there is a real-time eyeball staring at the viewer and following the movement of the viewer. The camera above the head captures the viewer’s movement in the white circle and transmits the video on two screens on the floor. Then, the viewer becomes a pupil of the eyeball. Viewers become “others” by becoming an object getting viewed, while the viewee becomes a viewer, “us,” and the dual situation makes the whole space ironic.
